The Game Boy Advance library available to Nintendo Switch Expansion Pack subscribers will be getting another update next week and it’s bringing with it some familiar favorites.
While you have the option to play their originals on Switch already via the NES and SNES libraries, the Super Mario Advance versions of Super Mario Bros. 2, Super Mario World, and Yoshi’s Island will be dropping next week on May 26th. They’ll be joining Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3 which debuted with the service at launch.
While the core of each game is the same as its original release, the Advance subseries added various new features. Yoshi’s Island, for instance, has six new stages, while all of the games were updated to include voice acting. They also feature the remade version of the arcade game Mario Bros., complete with multiplayer support.
You’ll be able to experience these three Super Mario Advance titles on Switch starting May 26th, 2023.
