Fans were treated to a brand-new trailer for the upcoming Resident Evil 4 Remake during the February PlayStation State of Play. While the trailer was action-packed and featured well-known characters and fresh takes on an old favorite, the news of a unique demo captured everyone’s attention. When will the demo be available?
When Does the Resident Evil 4 Remake Special Demo Release?
The last frame of the trailer teases “Special Demo Coming Soon,” but that’s all the knowledge we have so far. The demo must come sooner rather than later because the game is coming out in only one month.
We’re crossing our fingers that it’ll be accessible when the State of Play is released, though “soon” might mean anything. We’ll be sure to revise this section as new details regarding the demo become available to reflect the most up-to-date information possible.

“Finally, we announced an upcoming demo for Resident Evil 4. This demo will be available on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 in the near future. Get ready to take on the demo, as “survival is just the beginning.”
While we know that the trial will be playable on the PS4 and PS5, vague phrases like “Coming Soon” and “Shortly” leave room for confusion about when the demo will be available.
On March 24th, 2023, Resident Evil 4 will be remade. The trailer presented at the State of Play gives us a better look at the castle, the Krauser fight, the bad guys, and our favorite characters.
