Steam’s seasonal sales are always a time for excitement for Steam users, as they often offer massive discounts on some of the platform’s biggest games. Valve itself uses these sales as an opportunity to offer its own games for next to nothing, and that’s exactly what it’s done with the Valve Complete Pack.
The Valve Complete Pack is exactly as it sounds – it’s a near-complete collection of Valve’s games on Steam. It comes with everything from Counter-Strike to Half-Life to Left 4 Dead to Portal, and typically retails for $145.82. Not all the games available in the bundle are Steam Deck Verified, though the ones that aren’t should still be playable on Valve’s popular handheld. One game in the bundle, the free-to-play VR-only game The Lab, is an obvious exception.
Regardless, the Valve Complete Pack gives Steam users most of the heavy hitters from Valve’s library of games, though there are some notable exceptions to that as well. The critically-acclaimed virtual reality game Half-Life: Alyx is missing from the lineup, as is the recently-released Steam Deck tech demo game Aperture Desk Job. But while they aren’t part of the Valve Complete Pack bundle, Half-Life: Alyx is still currently available at a discount (priced at 60% off for $23.99 at the time of this writing) while Aperture Desk Job is a free download anyway.
