Exciting news for fans of the popular anime series “MY HERO”! Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc., a leading video game publisher and developer, has announced the highly anticipated Open Beta test for MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE, the free-to-play online multiplayer Battle Royale game. Fans will have the opportunity to experience the game firsthand during the Open Beta, which will be playable on PlayStation 4 and compatible with PlayStation 5. The Open Beta is scheduled to run from May 25th to June 1st.

MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE takes inspiration from the beloved anime series and offers players a chance to engage in thrilling battles within an expansive city map. In the game, players join one of eight three-player teams, allowing them to assemble their dream teams of Heroes or Villains like never before. By taking control of classic MY HERO characters, players can unleash their unique Quirks to launch devastating attacks against their enemies. Cooperation with team members is crucial for survival in the fierce battles that await.

The Open Beta of MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE will introduce exciting new gameplay systems to enhance the overall experience. One of these new mechanics is the Plus Ultra system, which enables players to exceed the limit of a character’s “quirk” technique level once the Plus Ultra gauge is maxed out. This adds an extra layer of strategy and power to the battles. Additionally, the Open Beta will introduce a new Revival system, allowing players to revive fallen allies by collecting items dropped by KO’d team members and special cards scattered throughout the field.

The Open Beta will feature a roster of 15 characters, including the original 12 characters from the closed beta and three new additions: Tenya Iida, Kaminari Denki, and Itsuka Kendo. Players can look forward to experiencing the unique abilities and playstyles of these new Heroes.

To participate in the Open Beta, players can preload the game from the PlayStation® Store starting May 25th. The Open Beta will commence at 7:00 p.m. PT on May 25th and conclude at 11:00 p.m. PT on June 1st.

MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE aims to deliver an immersive and action-packed gaming experience for fans of the anime series. The game offers an opportunity to unleash the full potential of beloved MY HERO characters and engage in epic battles that will test players’ skills and teamwork. With its combination of intense combat, cooperative gameplay, and the ability to influence the outcome of battles through interactions with civilians, MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE is set to captivate fans of the series and video game enthusiasts alike.

Stay tuned for further updates and get ready to unleash your Quirks in MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE, coming soon to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via STEAM.
