This past few days, Team Ninjas Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is generating a lot of buzz with a limited demo of PS5 and Xbox series X/S. However, Rise of the Ronin caused no more buzz after its premiere. The game is played in Japan during the Bakumatsu era, where the Tokugawa shogunate faces the Anti-shogunate forces.
However, players assume a role of a ronin, who is free to make his own choice. The game has full combat, as well as open world games like C.S. On the other hand, it should be clear that Fumihiko Yasuda, who created Nioh 2 and Wo Long, was involved in the development of the game.
Yasuda said, “I put the plan for the game in a conversation with Yamagiwa producer at TGS 2022” It’s our next big game after Wo Long.
The reviews from what we saw were highly pleased. We plan to release Wo Long and then Rise of the Ronin and continue to play these great games. Team Ninja is so motivated that these big games are coming out next. We want to do our best.
Rise of the Ronin is set for release in 2024 and will be supported by PlayStation XDEV in the UK. “Way! Fallen Dynasty” is going to release in 2023 for Xbox One, Xbox One, PlayStation4, and PC. It is launching for Game Pass, so will the latter on the first day.
