I believe it’s the worldwide sales that are over 10 million; still as you say, people don’t really seem to care about the technical glitches.
I’ll wait for a year at least before thinking of buying these.

Like Kaoru said, that figure is world wide. It sold 4.5 mil in Japan alone, becoming the biggest video game launch in japan. But continue singling out americans.

I bought if for my sister and she laughed when I told her it had launch day issues. She played and I watched her play for hours, the frame rate was entirely acceptable and I didn’t see a glitch. Maybe those come later in the game, but I think it’s funny the things gamers complain about. My sister’s friend also talked about how it was “unoptimized”, yea we heard about it, but she herself had not experienced any problems.
